Mech Tech Machinery is expanding its business in the specialty paper and coated paper segment and is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the paper, paperboard, packaging, or specialty paper industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B customers across Gujarat and India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with converters, printers, packaging companies, and paper traders.
- Promote specialty coated papers, PE-coated paper, silicone release paper, label stock, and other industrial paper products.
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth order execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly sales targets.
- 2-6 years of experience in the paper, packaging, or allied industry.
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.




- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of coated papers, paperboard, release liners, labels, flexible packaging, or converting industries will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel for customer meetings.
