Job Description - MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and business trackers.

Ensure 100% accuracy of data across departments and identify discrepancies.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

Monitor pending tasks, delayed activities, and exceptions, and report them promptly.

Analyze process cycle times and identify opportunities for improvement.

Perform data audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Prepare reports and data packs for management review meetings.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate data submission.





Automate reports using Excel and other reporting tools wherever possible.

Required Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts)

Solid knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard creation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
