Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and accurately understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and prepare job cards with complete details.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance work, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver vehicles to customers after explaining the work carried out and billing details.
- Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, extended warranty, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow Maruti Suzuki service processes and dealership SOPs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the automobile service industry or dealership will be an added advantage.
