Marketing & Growth Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Bangalore (In-Person)
Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and overall fit)

VideoLinks is a growing e-commerce company specializing in premium photography, filmmaking, and creator equipment. We partner with leading global brands and serve customers across India.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Growth Manager who enjoys taking ownership, contributing ideas, and improving how customers discover, engage with, and purchase from VideoLinks.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp) and Google Ads campaigns
- Coordinate content across social media and digital platforms
- Improve brand visibility and customer engagement through consistent marketing activities
- Contribute to e-commerce growth initiatives
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Improve website traffic, conversions, and customer experience
- Execute current marketing initiatives and growth campaigns




- Work closely with the founders on business and marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Good understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Strong ownership mindset with problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Bonus Points

An interest in photography, filmmaking, content creation, or camera gear would be a strong advantage.
