- Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn, and other channels for the requirements
- Submit a daily, weekly, and monthly tracker as per the format suggested by the internal supervisor.
- Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Do have an understanding of ATS for sourcing and scheduling interviews.
