We are looking for a hands-on Moulding Supervisor who understands plant operations and can take ownership of daily activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring sourcing of adequate skilled/unskilled workers.
- Overseeing daily and work on the floor.
- Managing and guiding workers.
- Keeping healthy team spirit & atmosphere among workers, co-supervisors etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of casting processes.
- Experience in handling labour workforce in industrial environments
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Discipline and ability to maintain shop floor control
Qualification
Minimum qualification:10th / 12th / Bachelor /Diploma; however, practical experience in foundry operations is essential.
