1. Team Leader - Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDEs/BDMs to achieve and exceed sales targets

Manage sales pipeline, client relationships, and deal closures

Drive business through Channel Partner networks and premium real estate projects

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy planning

Build and expand strong relationships with developers and high-net-worth clients

Requirements:
3-8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales

Proven track record in team leadership and people management

Strong network in the real estate market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Highly motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven

2. Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE/BDM)





Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for residential and commercial real estate projects

Handle end-to-end sales process - lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures

Build and nurture relationships with Channel Partners and potential buyers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Work closely with the team leader to maximize business opportunities

Requirements:
1-6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales (exceptional freshers may also apply)

Solid communication skills (English + Hindi)

Self-motivated with a hunger for high earnings

Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred

Passion for sales and real estate
