Job Post: Quality Inspector Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Inspection Gear: Read and interpret engineering blueprints, gear terminology (module, pitch, backlash), and GD&T; symbols for accurate gear verification.
- Micrometer Operation: Measure the exact Outside Diameter and thickness of gear shafts and components.
- Bore Gauge with Dial: Inspect the internal diameter, checking for taper errors and ovality inside the gear bore.
- Gear Tester Operation: Operate the _Gear Roll Tester_ to measure radial run-out, pitch deviations, and Total Composite Error.
- Surface Tester Operation: Measure and document surface roughness after grinding or honing processes.
- Hardness Tester Operation: Test and verify material strength (HRC Value)



on the Rockwell Hardness Tester after the heat treatment process.

Requirements & Salary
- Education: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical or Production Engineering).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Gear Manufacturing, Automotive, or Precision Machining.
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience).
