BlendLife is a fast-growing Indian D2C home appliance brand — portable blenders, insulated bottles, electric choppers, coffee makers, and more. BIS certified, Made in Bharat. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and our own website blendlife.in.

Our ads are running. Our brand is growing. We now need someone to own the performance marketing function full-time so our Founder can focus on scaling the business.
THE ROLE

You will own BlendLife's paid marketing across Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, and other platforms. This is not a support role. You will manage budgets, run campaigns, analyse performance, and be accountable for ROAS and ACOS targets — independently.

If you've done this before at a D2C brand and you're comfortable being the person who fixes a bleeding campaign without being told to — this is your role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns daily — keyword harvesting, bid management,



search term reports, campaign structuring
- Run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns end to end — audience building, creative testing, scaling winners, killing losers
- Handle Flipkart and Blinkit ad accounts — campaigns, promotions, visibility
- Brief creatives for ad campaigns — tell the designer or tool exactly what you need and why
- Track performance weekly — ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, spend vs. revenue — and report clearly
- Spot what's working and double down; spot what's bleeding and fix it quick
- Work directly with the Founder on campaign strategy and growth planning
WHAT WE NEED
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience at a D2C brand (not just an agency)
- Must have personally managed Amazon PPC — keyword research, bid optimisation, search term reports
- Must have personally managed Meta Ads — campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing
