Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor bills.
- Handle GST invoicing, reconciliation, and return-related documentation.
- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions and maintain related records.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial data and documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Billing, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in GST and TDS return preparation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
