Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end marketing activities, including digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Define target audience and customer personas
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels

Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Monitor performance metrics (ROI, CAC, engagement rates)

Influencer Marketing & PR
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators




- Manage PR campaigns and product gifting
- Track influencer performance and conversions

E-commerce & Growth
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart
- Improve SEO, product descriptions, and visuals
- Plan promotional campaigns and discounts
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings

Content & Creative Management
- Oversee creation of marketing creatives (photos, videos, ads)
- Work with designers, photographers, and content creators
- Ensure engaging and educational skincare content

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and budgets
- Prepare regular performance reports

Customer Engagement & Retention
- Build customer loyalty programs
- Manage community engagement and feedback

Offline Marketing
- Plan events, pop-ups, and brand activations

Market Research
- Analyze competitors and industry trends
- Identify recent
