Job Title: Customer Experience (CX) Specialist
Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Specialist to take complete ownership of our B2C customer support channels. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our online brand across multiple channels while building an organized CRM system to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and Shopify chat.
- CRM Building & Automation: Set up, organize, and manage a CRM system to track customer history, streamline follow-ups, and boost repeat orders.
- Order Support: Assist customers with post-purchase queries, order tracking, and delivery updates.
- Feedback Loop:



Analyze recurring customer pain points and suggest updates to improve the shopping experience.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2C/E-commerce customer service or support operations.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and basic spreadsheet formulas. (Knowledge of Shopify dashboard is a big plus).
- Communication: Clear, polite, and effective communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ownership: A self-starter who can manage the entire support desk independently without needing constant supervision.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
