- Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading and driving success of Client Delivery implementation projects; ensuring the success from contract to deployment by leveraging project or program management methodologies and tools (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document)
- Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to confirm program or project scope and identify specific tasks, duration and effort required for successful project execution
- Collect,
analyze and maintain financial forecast and budget information (e.g. work effort, training, data integration), using input from applicable sources
- Develop, communicate and implement program/project status reporting as well as risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Manage and track work across various matrixed delivery partners
- Demonstrate clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication when interacting with clients, stakeholders, and leadership
- Maintain availability to support the business during the client's standard business hours, including meetings scheduled to align with client time zones
- Exhibit flexibility to ensure seamless collaboration, timely responsiveness, and continuity of service in support of client needs
