JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purchasing and Vendor Management
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure explicit requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Review and analyse vendor performance, quality, and delivery to ensure compliance with standards and resolve any issues that may arise

Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies,



including forecasting, replenishment, and allocation of clothing items.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store management to maintain optimal stock levels based on sales data and seasonal trends.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Analyse inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock, taking necessary actions to reduce excess inventory.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
