Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects.
- Receive material requisitions from site teams and process purchase orders.
- Source new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, and inter-site material transfers.
- Verify vendor and contractor bills against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and agreed rates.
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely invoice processing and payments.
- Update procurement transactions in the company ERP/system/app.
- Prepare procurement reports, pending order reports, and material status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.:
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry.:
- Good understanding of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP software.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and purchase orders independently.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
