Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Set targets, implement promotional campaigns, and analyze sales data to maximize profitability and ROI.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees while conducting performance evaluations.
- Operations & Finance: Monitor daily cash handling, track operational costs, manage budgets, and report to senior management.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, prevent shrinkage/loss, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Customer Service: Address complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high standards of service.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain brand presentation standards, optimize store layouts, and manage promotional displays.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
