Urgent Hiring | Area Manager - Tyre Sales

Are you passionate about sales, channel development, and building strong dealer networks in the tyre industry?

Reise Moto is looking for a energetic and results-oriented Area Manager (Tyre Sales) to drive business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand our market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
Drive primary and secondary sales growth
Execute sales strategies, promotions, and market development initiatives
Lead and mentor field sales teams
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers




Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
Drive branding and visibility initiatives at retail touchpoints
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance reviews

What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Tyre or Automotive Sales
✔ Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
