Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data into ERP software and Excel sheets.
- Maintain records of raw material, WIP, finished goods, and dispatch details.
- Update stock transactions, inward and outward entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate production, inventory, and dispatch reports.
- Maintain attendance, overtime, and manpower records if required.
- Verify data accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and store personnel for data collection.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
- Backup important data and ensure confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP software (Busy, Tally ERP, SAP,



or manufacturing ERP).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
