Thai Process SpecialistAbout the Role

As a Thai Process Specialist at Datamark, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics function. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and monitor customer accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures while resolving customer issues and disputes related to logistics.

Your solid analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing logistics processes and reducing delinquency rates. You will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor and work from the Ambattur, Chennai location.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain contact with customers regarding past-due invoices, payment trends,



resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters related to past-due receivables.
- Protect sensitive and confidential information while ensuring high accuracy and consistency in data handling.
- Enter data accurately into databases, systems, or spreadsheets and cross-check information against source documents.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in data while correcting mistakes and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform language specialist responsibilities, including Thai typing skills.

Qualifications (You Must Have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Language Requirements
- Good proficiency in the Thai language.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in Thai.
- B2 or B1 level proficiency in Thai is suitable for this position.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per month
