Location Details:
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer and Administrator to build, enhance, and support solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves Salesforce administration, custom development, automation, integrations, data management, and user support. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows,



while driving continuous platform improvements and user adoption.

What you'll get to do...
- Own and support the GoDaddy CRM on Salesforce, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build and enhance solutions using configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Drive automation, data quality, reporting, and continuous optimisation of processes, user experience, and platform adoption.
- Support onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices.

Your experience should include...
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with hands-on experience across both configuration and development/ customisation
- Solid experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
