BlendLife is a quick-growing Indian home appliance brand. We make and sell portable blenders, insulated tumblers and bottles, electric choppers, coffee makers, french presses, and more — BIS certified, Made in Bharat. We're on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and our own website. Now we're building our offline retail channel and need the right person to lead it.
THE ROLE

You will own BlendLife's offline B2B sales. That means going out every day, meeting store owners, pitching products, negotiating, and closing. You will work directly with the Founder/MD and help shape the offline sales strategy as the business grows.

This is a field role. If you're looking for a desk job, this isn't it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and approach home appliances stores, electronics retailers, supermarket chains, and gift stores across the territory
- Pitch, negotiate, and close — convert stores into active BlendLife stockists
- Manage existing accounts, drive reorders,



and ensure shelf visibility
- Work directly with the Founder/MD on territory strategy and growth planning
- Report competitor activity, pricing, and market intelligence from the field
- Pursue bulk and corporate gifting orders from corporates and institutions
WHAT WE NEED
- 2 to 6 years of B2B field sales experience — home appliances, consumer electronics, kitchenware, or FMCG
- Must have experience building a retailer or dealer network from scratch
- Strong negotiator — comfortable closing deals face-to-face with shop owners and purchase managers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with high daily visit counts
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Telugu and English required; Hindi is a plus
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
