We're a growing digital marketing agency hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own and grow client campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who already works in Google Ads daily and enjoys building and optimizing campaigns, not just running reports.

What you'll do: Build and manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display campaigns. Set the right strategy for each client's goals. Optimize continuously to reduce wasted spend and improve results. You'll own your accounts end to end.

You'll be a great fit if you're comfortable with:
- 2-3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Building campaigns from scratch: structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy, conversion tracking
- Going beyond surface metrics, you understand how Quality Score comes together,



the difference between Search Lost IS (Budget vs Rank), what Landing Page Experience means, and how core metrics like CTR and impression share are actually calculated
- Optimizing accounts and staying updated with current Google Ads best practices
