Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and understand customer requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with customers
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
- Present and explain project details with a basic understanding of civil/construction concepts
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Experience in sales, follow-ups, and target-based roles
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Background or interest in construction / civil industry preferred
- Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,116.67 - ₹25,394.17 per month
