Role Overview

The Sales HRBP acts as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, supporting business objectives through effective people management, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role ensures alignment between HR initiatives and sales business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales managers on people-related matters.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning for sales teams.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and retention efforts.
- Monitor attrition, engagement, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare and share HR reports and workforce insights.
- Coordinate training and capability-building programs for sales employees.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification preferred.
- 2-3 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting sales teams.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
