We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Claims Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers, our bodyshop/service center, and various motor insurance companies. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle repair claims are processed smoothly, efficiently, and accurately from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Claim Initiation: Assist customers in registering motor insurance claims for accidental vehicle repairs.
- Documentation: Collect, verify, and manage all necessary documents required for claim processing (e.g., driving licenses, registration certificates, FIRs, and claim forms).
- Surveyor Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections with insurance surveyors.
- Estimations & Approvals: Prepare initial repair estimates, submit them to surveyors, and negotiate to secure maximum repair approvals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, etc., preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Industry Knowledge: Robust understanding of motor vehicle insurance policies, terms, depreciation rules, and surveyor procedures.
