Position:Accounts Executive
Location:Bhosari, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director

Prian EMobility Pvt Ltd is a technology-driven company delivering sustainable electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure, electronics and solar energy solutions.

Role Summary

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking, financial reporting and coordination with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors and bankers to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Zoho/ Tally/ERP.
- Process purchase, sales, journal and payment entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory records with CA support.
- Coordinate payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and follow up outstanding receivables.




- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; support and management reports.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
- Coordinate audits and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com) preferred; Excellent in Accounts.
- 1-5 years in accounting/finance; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may be considered.

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in ZOHO Book, Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax basics and e-invoicing.
- Positive analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- ERP exposure (ERPNext/Zoho/Busy/SAP) preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly books closed within 5 working days.
- 100% statutory filings on time.
- Bank reconciliation completed monthly.
- Debtor ageing and vendor payments managed within ta
