Job Summary:
Should have done Software development activity in the past before moving into PM role
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Collaborate with QA teams in defining test plans and validating test results.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during deployment.
- Track system issues and work with IT/Engineering teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies across the loan lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BE, BTech, MCA, MSC(IT)
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Lead/ Project Manager
- Some experience in Lending Domain is desirable
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
