Job Title: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Location: Malad, Maharashtra

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off)

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions in a manufacturing setup, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and plant workforce recruitment while ensuring timely closure of positions and maintaining hiring quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Bulk, Plant, and Lateral hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Heads based on approved Manpower Requisition Forms (MRF) to fulfill Mid to Senior level hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.




- Support hiring managers in developing and refining Job Descriptions based on role requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions to meet urgent manpower requirements and business hiring targets.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate with Plant HR teams for workforce planning and plant-level recruitment activities.

Recruitment Optimization
- Improve recruitment efficiency and cost optimization, ensuring maximum ROI on recruitment spending.

Data Management & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and closure ratios.
- Provide periodic hiring updates and recruitment status reports to management.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 per year
