Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain loan and credit card products, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain various financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and status reports.
- Meet assigned calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing abilities.




- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualities
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
