You will own the commercial agenda for the Thiruvananthapuram market — driving revenue, building distribution, acquiring current institutional and retail accounts, and ensuring the brand is impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Own and aggressively achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with zero tolerance for excuses.
- Drive weekly sell-in and sell-out metrics across all assigned channels and accounts.
- Identify and close new revenue opportunities at pace; hunger to go beyond the target is non-negotiable.
- Build and maintain a healthy, aggressive sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups.
