At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Must have good communication & presentation skills in English & Hindi and able to draft report in both the language. Familiar with latest ICT methodologies, data modelling and data flow analysis for information systems. Capable to impart trainings in workshops. Ability to understand, document, analyze, efficiently communicate to the PM USHA Mission In charge at SPD for the requirements. Assist in identifying ICT initiatives as part of Government Process Reengineering exercise. Prepare an overall plan and schedule for the project in proper detailing to ensure all important activities are identified, clearly show linkages between activities, allow time bound monitoring of progress, provide early indications of potential issues and risks, and plan interventions by the Department of Higher Education, State Project Directorate, PM USHA Mission,



other consultants and Colleges to maintain the targets for achieving the project deliverables. Implementation and progress plan will be updated as and when required. Monitor the progress and quality of works for compliance with the accepted completion time lines. Hold regular meetings with HEIs, other consultants and stakeholders. Anticipate and inform DHE, SPD of potential delays, cost overruns, non-compliances and recommend corrective measures. Knowledge of computerized database platforms, computerized front-end languages and experience using project performance and impact indicators is required. Any other assignments not specifically mentioned in the ToR. Positive hands-on experience in working Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹2,135,684.57 per year
