Touchstone Infotech is hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for clients across Real Estate, Education, and Healthcare industries.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost per lead.
- Manage advertising budgets of ₹8-15 Lakhs per month.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign reports and identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Search Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience with Lead Generation campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising budgets between ₹8-15 Lakhs monthly.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4).




- Good communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Real Estate campaigns.
- Experience with Education or Healthcare campaigns.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Conversion API.
