Job Title: Business Development Associate (Spoken English Institute)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate student leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Counsel prospective students about Spoken English courses and career benefits.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by following up effectively.
- Conduct school, college, corporate, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local organizations.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Represent the institute professionally at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, education, or admissions (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel locally for business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education or training industry.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
