Senior Customer Support Executive - Airlines Process

Location: (Work From Home & Work From Office)

Salary: Up to ₹4.7 LPA (Based on last drawn salary)

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Eligibility:
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Minimum 9 months of voice customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- AMCAT & Writex Score: B2 - 65 mandatory.

Perks:
- 5-day working.
- Rotational shifts.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Both-side cab facility.

Pay: ₹33,197.47 - ₹44,220.69 per month
