We are looking for a Mainframe Security Lead to own mainframe security strategy and lead a team securing z/OS environments and their security subsystems.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the mainframe security function and a team of engineers.
- Define mainframe security strategy, standards, and baselines (RACF/ACF2/Top Secret).
- Oversee access governance, privileged access, and entitlement reviews on z/OS.
- Drive audits, compliance, and remediation of mainframe security risks.
- Partner with IAM, infrastructure, and risk teams on integrated controls.
- Mentor team members and report posture to stakeholders.
