About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Ensure timely material availability for production.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Control raw materials, WIP, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain an organized, protected, and efficient warehouse (5S).
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.




- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse and inventory processes.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of warehouse/storekeeping experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, steel manufacturing, electrical enclosures, or industrial products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
