E-COMMERCE AND OMNI-CHANNEL EXECUTIVE

Location: Hadapsar/ Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify website and product catalogue
- Handle online orders, inventory sync, and customer queries
- Work extensively on ACME ERP for stock, sales, and reporting
- Coordinate inventory between stores, website, and marketplaces
- Upload products, images, pricing, and promotions
- Generate MIS reports and analyze sales data
- Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect and store-to-home deliveries
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and system-related issues
- Coordinate with marketing team for website updates and campaigns

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ACME ERP (must-have)
- Solid computer proficiency (Excel, reports, data management)
- Experience managing Shopify stores
- Understanding of inventory management and retail operations
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
