Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (F&B;, Café & Food Production)Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design process from concept development to project completion.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, material selections, and presentation packages.
- Design cafés, restaurants, food courts, cloud kitchens, bakeries, central kitchens, and food production facilities.
- Plan productive kitchen workflows, production areas, storage, and customer-facing spaces.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, fire safety, health codes, HACCP principles, and food industry standards.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, kitchen equipment suppliers, contractors, and project managers.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions for design compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and resolve design issues.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining budgets and schedules.




- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to create cohesive customer experiences.
- Stay updated on hospitality design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative restaurant concepts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 6-10+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in café, restaurant, food production, commercial kitchen, or hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen planning and food production workflows.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational requirements.
- Experience coordinating with kitchen consultants and equipment vendors.
- Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
