Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff members.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance employee skills.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, aiming for positive resolutions.




- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Set sales targets and goals, working to achieve and exceed them.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract recent customers and increase sales.
- Monitor financial performance and take appropriate actions to optimize revenue and control costs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
