What You'll Do
- Help customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and product-related questions.
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Make follow-up or research calls whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update order information.
- Ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

- Communicates confidently in English and Hindi.
- Enjoys interacting with people and solving problems.
- Can stay calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Learns quickly and works well in a team.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or telesales is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

- Rotational weekly off.
