Legal Advisory & Coordination:
- Provide legal support on real estate transactions, land acquisition, and development projects.
- Assist senior leadership in identifying legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align legal solutions with business goals.

Real Estate & Land Legal Oversight:
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence, title verification, and documentation for all land types including reserved/government-notified lands.
- Support land and property transactions ensuring they are legally sound and compliant.

Litigation & Risk Management:
- Support ongoing litigation by coordinating with external legal counsel and compiling necessary documentation.
- Assist in dispute resolution and out-of-court settlements related to real estate matters.

Plot Registration & SRO Processes:
- Handle documentation and legal processes for plot registration and liaise with SRO offices.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all land registration tasks.

Documentation & Agreements:
- Draft, review,



and finalize property-related legal documents such as:
- Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, MoUs, JDAs, POAs, Procurement Agreements
- Ensure accuracy, legality, and alignment with regulatory norms.

Liaison & External Coordination:
- Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and registration offices.
- Manage relationships with law firms and other external stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to corporate laws and statutory compliance.
- Maintain legal records, reports, and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
