Role Overview

This is an ownership-driven role where you'll be responsible for growing our online presence, managing paid marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and contributing directly to sales growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance.
- Improve ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
- Retarget website visitors and abandoned carts.
- Understand Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Assist with Google Ads (basic knowledge preferred).

Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.

Content Creation
- Shoot behind-the-scenes videos in-house.
- Capture embroidery process, craftsmanship, packaging, sampling, fittings, production and office activities.




- Edit Reels using CapCut or similar tools.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats.

(Qualified campaign shoots, model shoots and lookbook photography will be handled externally.)

Website & Marketing
- Coordinate with Shopify website updates.
- Suggest landing page improvements.
- Help improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations when required.

Reporting

Share weekly reports including:
- Sales
- Website traffic
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- Add-to-Cart
- Conversion Rate
- Best Performing Content
- Growth Ideas
