About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, and brochures.
- Create marketing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Edit and resize images for different platforms.
- Create basic branding materials such as business cards, letterheads, and presentations.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet design requirements.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
- Make revisions based on feedback within the given timeline.
- Organize and maintain design files properly.
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw:
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Positive creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new design techniques and software.





Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of social media creative requirements.
- Basic photo editing and image retouching.
- Knowledge of simple video editing using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- A portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal design projects is preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday:
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Performance Expectations
- Deliver creative, original, and high-quality designs.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain proper file organization and naming conventions.
- Be proactive in learning and improving design skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and managers.

Salary
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills, portfolio, and interview performance)
