Job Title: Planning Engineer
Department: Project Management / Planning & Operations
Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate resource planning, material availability, and project timelines.
- Manage project changes, risks, and recovery plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.




- Ability to read engineering drawings and develop work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience: 3-6 years (preferred)
Industry: Engineering / HVAC / MEP / Manufacturing / Industrial Projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
