Job Summary
What you’ll do
Lead the Data Protection pod’s Agile delivery, managing initiatives (OKR’s), epics, and stories in JIRA to ensure visibility, alignment, and timely execution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog reviews and demos.
Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies and product page, and drive continuous improvement.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
5+ years (up to 8 years of experience) of Agile leadership in infrastructure product management along with development experience
Knowledge of Data Protection products like NetBackup, Commvault, DD is preferred.
Development experience in Python, API, AAP is a plus to help with POD initiatives.
Ability to lead agile/scrum ceremonies and backlog management in JIRA
Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
Foster positive team dynamics, collaboration, and a culture of transparency and accountability
Agile certification such as Protected Agilist, Scrum Master,
etc are preferred but not must have.
