Job Title: Project Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead the front-end development of real estate and multi-sector projects. This role involves preparing detailed project reports, managing feasibility studies, securing statutory approvals, and coordinating with consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed Project Reports (DPRs): Prepare comprehensive DPRs covering technical, financial, and execution aspects for current projects.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct market, technical, and financial feasibility assessments to evaluate project viability.
- Government Approvals: Liaise with municipal, RERA, environmental, and other regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and clearances.
- Consultant Coordination: Manage and coordinate external specialists (architects, engineers, legal, environmental) to ensure timely deliverables.
- Project Planning:



Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies during the pre-construction phase.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
- 7+ years experience in project development, preferably in real estate or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DPR preparation, feasibility analysis, and approval processes.
- Familiarity with RERA, local building bylaws, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
