Key Responsibilities
- Be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and customers, ensuring explicit and professional communication.
- Collaborate with vendors to streamline processes and meet service level agreements (SLA).
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle client and customer interactions, providing excellent service.
- Update CRM systems and perform accurate data entry.




- Maintain consistency and efficiency in operations by collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or relevant roles.

Should have bike.

Strong client and customer handling skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and accurate data entry processes.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Work Schedule

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
