Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of CCTV systems as per AMC agreements.
- Inspect and test CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, storage devices, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and rectify faults related to cameras, recording systems, networking, and power supplies.
- Clean and maintain cameras, housings, racks, and related equipment.
- Replace defective components and coordinate repairs when required.
- Configure IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and remote monitoring systems.
- Attend client service calls and emergency breakdown complaints within the committed response time.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and fault rectification records.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and safety procedures.
- Experience in CCTV Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems, networking, DVR/NVR configuration.
- Experience in AMC/service support activities preferred.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
