Advanced chip-level repair, including Double Decker IC, CPU reballing, and complex motherboard troubleshooting.
- iPhone repairs, including True Tone restoration, Face ID repair, battery health programming, and iOS-related diagnostics.
- Precision display work, including OCA glass cutting, cleaning, lamination, and display refurbishment.
- Software diagnostics such as flashing, unlocking, firmware installation, and resolving software issues across major smartphone brands.
- Qualified use of micro-soldering equipment, hot air stations, microscopes, thermal cameras, and DC power supply diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, including iPhone, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, and other major brands.
- Perform advanced chip-level repairs, IC replacements, CPU reballing, and motherboard troubleshooting.
- Carry out professional display refurbishment using OCA technology.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues through flashing, unlocking, firmware updates, and data-related troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with the sale of mobile phones, accessories,



computers, laptops, and related products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers while providing excellent service.
- Manage basic billing, inventory, and day-to-day showroom operations when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, repair techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mobile repairing.
- Strong experience in chip-level diagnosis and motherboard repairs.
- Hands-on experience with advanced repair tools and equipment.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales experience in a mobile retail environment is preferred.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
