*Shiv Global Ventures* is a Mumbai-based distribution and export company specializing in high-quality *Baby Diapers* and *Sanitary Pads. We are committed to delivering reliable and affordable hygiene solutions across India and international markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager* to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Appoint and develop distributors, wholesalers, dealers and retailers.
- Develop institutional sales with hospitals, pharmacies, schools, NGOs and corporate customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Promote company products and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the office for quotations, order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
*2-3 years* of experience in FMCG, Hygiene Products, Medical Supplies or Consumer Products sales.
- Strong communication,



presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- *Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.*

Qualification
- Graduate (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
